"Kharon's Crypt" is an eerie dungeon crawler game full of puzzles, riddles and deadly challenges, and graphics designed to follow the aesthetics of the beloved Game Boy Color. In Kharon's Crypt, you'll be playing as Kharon (a being thought to be death itself) in his mission to escape from the crypt where he had been sealed by a deranged king that wanted to elude death.

The soundtrack to "Kharon's Crypt" is heavily influenced by the work of J.S. Bach — canons, fugues, fugatos, and species counterpoint drives the mood of this soundtrack. There are even two songs that are direct quotes of Bach's work: 'Blood Magic Prelude' and 'Temporarily Lost'.

While the game's visuals are purely inspired by GameBoy Color, the audio blends 8-bit with 16-bit with live orchestral instruments. The end result is a modern sound, melding retro with realistic. Filled with organs and harpsichords, it's sure to be a haunting, baroque-ian delight for you!

The main theme ('Kharon's Ascent') can be found in nearly every track. Can you find and pinpoint all the times you hear that melody? :)
